Earlier this year, "Ginny", a four year old Great Pyrenees, presented for inappetance for three days, and inability to stand since the previous night. The owner indicated that "Ginny" had bilateral hip dysplasia. Physical exam was unremarkable except generalized intervertebral disc disease, hypodrenocorticism, or other metabolic disease.
